Again I am having trouble with Picasa and posting photos on my blog. So had to go the long way and figure out some other way.
Above is a lovely painting by De Karlen. She will be speaking on this Saturday January 11, at 2:00.
Yosemite is celebrating it's 150th year, and De is speaking on The Yosemite Grant of 1864.
De was a Park Ranger guided for several years with Discover Yosemite, and worked with the Yosemite Conservancy in Wawona. So we will get some inside stories.
Light refreshments will be served, come to Timberline Gallery at Gallery Row in Oakhurst.
Bring your neighbors and friends to hear a little history of Yosemite National Park.
