As we travel across this great country, we see a variety of types of buildings. I find the ones in the country the most interesting.. I am partial to old falling down buildings. They still have character, and a story to tell about the past. Some photos I had to take on the run, meaning from the car out the window. Most of the time we could not stop to get a good shot.
Now isn't this place amazing? Love the color, so very regal with the lovely white fencing around it.
A few things we are noticing on our travels thru cities. Many homes do not have Garages, some only car ports and in snowy areas also where I would have thought that Garages would be important.
Also, we are driving thru smaller towns, avoiding big Cities when ever possible. In the big Cities we are regulated to the freeways, so really not much to see other than looking out for other drivers.
We turned South again, on the 39. And into La Salle Ill. Quilting in the Valley
