Indiana hwy 24 to 69- 90

Industry, we are seeing more off the road.. Also have to connect now with Freeways not so much to see.
It is fun taking photos of these Industrial plants, not sure what this one is used for, but love the angles, the grey of the metal and the feel that something is happening and people are working.
Not sure if this was for sand, but now we are seeing lots of commercial buildings, Industry, and workers. Areas with housing, the road is busier and we have to get on freeways, and Thru ways that we get a ticket at, and pay when we get off. Have to be careful to get in the right lane and look out for cars changing lanes.. Our attention is needed now, not the relaxed country road, that is for sure.
The name of this town is Goodland.  We passed Remington Farms Seed Company, also large Auto Parts plant
Then we pass run down farms, with plastic in the windows and plastic on the roof. You know once they were beautiful farms houses. The sad part is there are cars in the weedy driveway.  Very sad.
Then maybe in the next set of corn fields there are immaculate white farm houses with matching shiny white barns, large equipment working the fields.. I asked one of the ladies at a quilt store, and she said maybe that farm had been handed down thru the families. Also most farmers also have jobs in town to support their crop.. And the other part is that China is buying up much of our farm land. Now that was a bit of a surprise.
